We no longer accept paper checks or money orders. We accept all other forms of payment. Refunds or credit to your account will be handled quickly…usually the same day you let us know. And, if we have your e-mail address, we’ll alert you as soon as your refurn or credit is processed. Refunds can only be processed back to the account that was used to pay for the order. No hassles, quick processing. SeedCo is not reliable for any amount other than the original purchase price.
Cancelled Orders: You may cancel an order within 24 hrs. after placed. All orders cancelled after 24hrs will be charged a fee, even back-orders. Orders that have already been shipped may not be cancelled.
Cancelled order fees will be approx.10% of total price.
Shipping: Most Orders are shipped within 24 hrs. We ship at a flat rate of $4.95 domestic USA. Canada shipping at $5.95 flat rate. We ship global all other countries at a flat rate of $10.95. If the shipping address you provide is inaccurate and your order is returned, you will be contacted by e-mail, a $5.00 fee & a second shipping fee will be added to your order and your order will be put on hold until your provide an accurate shipping address and said fee is paid in full. Orders returned may not be cancelled.
Substitutions: SeedCo reserves the right to substitute similar items of equal or greater value.
All varieties offered are true to name. Note:Open pollinated varieties should be isolated or cross pollination may occure resulting in ununiform shapes and sizes.
